Responsible for the administration and implementation through a decentralized supportive relationship with stores, which he/she has been issued a region. This will be accomplished through a unified approach with Corporate Operations, District Managers, Human Resources and Store Management as it relates to the supervision and training of all Team Members within all stores. This position will be covering Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania.
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
