This position is new and provides a unique opportunity for someone to not only participate in growing a new business, but to be part of it from the creation. This position will work cross-functionally with Merchant/Planning Divisions IT, Marketing, and Fulfillment/Distribution divisions to manage the coordination and execution of eCommerce web site product and promotion initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Responsible for the set up and execution of Omnichannel product, pricing and Customer Service issues.
Provide necessary support for Omnichannel initiatives that impact online product
Collaborate with Content Integrators to ensure items are physically available and product/pricing/promotional info is accurate.
Manage 3rd party drop ship network including the implementation of drop shippers and managing the ongoing operational needs of the program.
Protect the company’s assets by adherence to internal control procedures, and informing management and/or appropriate officials of potential fraud risk
Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; Marketing or Communications degree a plus, Preferred 1 year + experience working in a corporate environment using internal systems
Understanding and adherence to deadlines; flexibility to change direction on projects without losing focus on the big picture for the web site. Ability to assign and manage multiple projects and understand/adhere to priority levels. Communication skills in managing multiple cross-funtional partners with multiple priorities. Avid user and adopter of new technologies – eCommerce web sites, Apps, Instagram, facebook, etc.
