Supports Benefits and HRIS team.
Assist employees with basic benefit questions (providers, how to sign up for benefits, whether they are enrolled in benefits, vacation balance)
Maintain benefit files (including FMLA and Workers Comp)
Assist with employee data entry into HRIS
Enter terminations and email notification of term to appropriate staff
Manage the HR vendor invoice process. Ensure correct approval signatures and that they are submitted timely.
Send bills to employees who owe benefit premiums (normally due to absences)
Fill in for Benefits Administrator and HRIS/Benefits Coordinator
Assist employees during open enrollment
Assists with reconciliation of all benefit premiums monthly to ensure the accuracy of premium payments to the benefit vendors.
Assist with benefit/HRIS audits
Assist with monthly and annual benefit related compliance mailings
Maintain discretion in matters of confidentiality
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
